Fruits are one of the oldest forms of food known to man. In fact, Adam, the first man ate an apple, the "forbidden fruit" of heaven. There are many references to fruits in ancient literature. Vedas state that the fruits from the base of the Food of Gods. According to Quran, the fruits like grape, date, fig, olive and pomegranate are the gifts and heavenly fruits of God.
Today I will describe the health benefits and curative properties of Apple the commonly found fruit.
*Anemia: Apples, being rich in iron, arsenic and phosphorus, are highly beneficial in the treatment of anemia.
*Constipation and Diarrhea: Raw apples are good for constipation. At least two apples should be taken daily for proper stool passage.On the other hand cooked or baked apples are good for diarrhea.
*Headache: A ripen apple, after removing the upper rind and the inner hard portion should be taken with a little salt every morning on empty stomach is very beneficial in the treatment of all kind of headache.
*High Blood Pressure: Apples are considered invaluable in the cases of high blood pressure.
*Rheumatic Affliction: Apples, boiled to a jelly, make a very good liniment for rheumatic pains. This should be rubbed freely on the affected area.
*Kidney Stones: Unsweetened Cider is very useful for kidney stones and calculi.
So, we should consume apples on regular basis.
